SM-TP machines are manufactured with SPI mold mounting and ejector patterns and can be ordered with optional T-Slots, mounting holes or combination of both.
Ejector system design allows the set-up technician plenty of room and an ergonomic environment to work with the mold-mounted ejector rods.
Electric screw drive screw available. This feature increases the recovery speed and saves cycle time in manufacturing of products, as well as reducing energy consumption and decreasing noise level.
Chen Hsong manufactures more than 15,000 machines a year ranging from 80 up to 7,000 US tons.
The latest technology is used in the fast response gear pumps which ,in combination with the servo motor drive, brings precise, repeatable, and reliable performance.
SPI/CE based full coverage of the barrel and nozzle, brings a safer environment for the operators and set-up technicians.
