The Chen Hsong Speed & Speed Pack II series are equipped
with the revolutionary Japanese-developed technology Precision HydraulicsTM.

They include the newest software simulation and control technology, which eliminates unnecessary pressure drops and offers a highly optimised hydraulic circuit.

Precision Injection

High precision linear transducers are used for the clamping, injection and ejector axes. All results in low-pressure mould protection.
Balanced dual hydraulic cylinders and linear guide rails make a low friction mechanism for high-precision injection control.

    Self-lubricating bushings have no need for lubricating oil. The result is less pollution, less wear, and less costs.

    Optimised Injection Unit Design:

    The standard injection unit is specially optimized for high-speed applications with higher injection speed and pressure.
